Pag-IBIG Fund has just announced a one-month moratorium on housing loan payments for members whose residences or sources of income were affected by Typhoon Crising. This is part of Pag-IBIG’s disaster response, following the official declaration of a state of calamity in several areas.
With this moratorium, you won’t have to pay your housing loan for one month — no penalties, no additional interest, and your loan term will simply be extended.
This gives you breathing room to focus on recovery and urgent expenses.

Final Thoughts
If your area has been declared under a state of calamity due to Crising, Dante, Emong, or Habagat, and you have an active Pag‑IBIG housing loan, this moratorium is a welcome relief. No fees, no added costs, just a one-month grace period.
Apply before August 24, 2025, so you can focus on recovery and rebuilding instead of worrying about missed payments.
