How does it compare to 2023’s dividend rate?

When will it be credited?

Blogger’s Note

MP2 and even Regular Savings have been a good option for passive investment. Though some digital banks like Maya saving outperform Pag-IBIG’s dividend rate, you’ll end up earning more with Pag-IBIG if you’re going to deposit amounts higher than 100K. Digital banks only allow you to get those crazy-high interest rates for the first 100K – 300K deposit. Anything higher than that will earn their base rate of around 2.5-4% (depending on the digital bank). And don’t forget that Pag-IBIG offers a tax-free dividend rate while interests earned from banks are taxed at 20%.
