Earned enough moolah to withdraw from Shopback and looking for the steps on how to do it? I got your back and I’ll show you how.

Steps to withdraw earnings from Shopback

Quick reminders:

  • Minimum amount to withdraw is Php 200
  • Ensure that it’s shown under “Available to Withdraw” – don’t refer to the Lifetime earnings nor the amount shown for Tracked

As you can see in the image, I have about 3K lifetime earnings but the amount available to withdraw is only Php 70.52. That’s because the tracked values are not confirmed transactions yet.

That said, once you get to the Account page, you will see the correct amount you can withdraw.

Step 1: Tap on the Account tab

It’s at the bottom of the screen. Once you get there, hit the Withdraw button.

Step 2: Add your preferred withdrawal destination

There are several steps to this and you can start by tapping on the Manage link.

You have option to withdraw your earnings to your bank account or an e-wallet.

Supported banks:

  • BDO
  • BPI
  • Metrobank
  • Chinabank

e-Wallets:

  • GCash
  • PayPal
  • Maya

You can add as many as you want.

Step 3: Withdraw!

Just go back to the Withdrawal page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw (again, a minimum of Php 200) then hit the Withdraw button.

How long does it take to receive a withdrawal?

It may take 3 – 5 working days, so just chill and wait.
