How to Check Your SSS Contributions Online (Step-by-Step Guide)

Gone are the days when you had to personally visit an SSS branch and line up just to check your contributions. Today, thanks to the My.SSS online portal, members can easily monitor their SSS payments anytime and anywhere.

If you want to know how much you’ve already contributed and if your employer is paying on time, here’s a step-by-step guide to checking your SSS contributions online.

Step 1: Go to the Official SSS Website

Open your browser and go to the official SSS website: https://www.sss.gov.ph

Always double-check that you’re on the official website to avoid scams.

Step 2: Log in to My.SSS

On the upper right-hand corner of the homepage, click “Login to My.SSS.”

If you don’t have an account yet, click “No account yet? Create now.”

Step 3: Access Your Contributions

Once logged in, navigate to the left-side menu:

  • Click Member Information
  • Then select My Contributions

This will open a page where you can view your total posted contributions.

Step 4: Review Your Contribution Records

You’ll now see a table showing all your contributions—both from you and your employer.

Check the following carefully:

  • Contribution months
  • Amounts paid
  • Total number of contributions

If you notice missing or incorrect postings, you should immediately coordinate with your employer or visit the nearest SSS branch.

Why It’s Important to Check Your SSS Contributions

Regularly checking your SSS contributions ensures that:

  • Your employer is remitting your payments correctly.
  • You have updated contributions needed for loan eligibility.
  • You’re on track for future retirement or other benefits.

Blogger’s Corner

Personally, I check my SSS contributions at least once every few months just to make sure everything is updated. It’s a simple step, but it saves you from a lot of future hassle—especially when it’s time to claim benefits or file for a loan.
